I drink skim as well. But I'm not drinking all that much milk these days. Only with cereal. OTOH, I get plenty of dairy through yogurt.
(Either 1% or fat-free yogurt. Plain, always.)
Edit: For cream, I make an exception and forget about my arteries. This is how I justify eating pavlova, for example.
