Does anyone ever click the "recommendations" on imdb.com? The idea is that if you liked one movie, imdb.com recommends a few others you may also like. Unfortunately, I don't think they do a very good job, e.g. this one. I understand say, "The Passion of the Christ" being on the list, but "Eddie Izzard: Dressed to Kill"? [Dont Know]

I own both and I have recently watched both. I kinda get the connection. [Razz]

And Eddie Izzard: Dressed to Kill got the highest rating on the list.

Interestingly, the IMDB doesn't necessarily give recommendatations in the form, "If you like this movie, maybe you'll like this similar movie". It's more like, "Other people who rated this movie like you did enjoyed this other movie (that may be nothing like that one, but is still enjoyed by people who rate movies like you more often than not.)"
