A year ago I was so depressed I tried to step out in front of a car.

Today, I went to therapy, took my medicine, smiled, and was happy.

I'm not healed, not yet. But I'm getting there. And I owe everything to my friends, both on and off Hatrack.

I've had a theory about my friends ever since I was a small child: friends are family you had to find in order to value.

So thank you, my dear beloved family.
