ieSpell wanted to replace "TheCrazyOne" (which for some reason it didn't recognize) with "Thorazine."

What oddly amusing suggestions has your spellcheck made recently?

Spellcheck likes to try to replace the name of my company (Lanxess) with "laxness." I'm really not sure which marketing firm dreamed up the name, but I wouldn't mind having some of whatever they were smoking or injecting.

I work at a newspaper in Fort Dodge, Iowa, which is in Webster County. For some reason (or no reason), our spellcheck rejects Webster and wants to substitute wristband. So, apparently Fort Dodge is in Wristband County. [Roll Eyes]

The spellcheck feature on blogger.com is often hilarious.

The most ironic, however, is that it doesn't recognize the term "blog" or "blogger."
