Does alcohol make you bleed out faster, slower or no difference?

Short of somebody deliberately pumping the body's veins full of alcohol after death, I think it would make little difference. A blood-alcohol content of one part in a thousand makes you pretty drunk, but I very much doubt it changes the physical properties of the blood. One in a thousand just isn't very much.

I don't know, they tell you not to take NSAIDS when you are pregnant because they can make you bleed faster. I don't know why that is. But it doesn't take that much to make bleeding dangerous. I mean, you aren't even supposed to take flax or fish oil supplements late in pregnancy for that reason.
P.S. I seem to remember that either gingko biloba or ginseng is problematic for that reason. Also, St. John's Wort can mess up birth control pills. So do antibiotics, but most people, or women at least, know about that.
P.P.S. Am I a pinhead if I'm not reassured by the expression "by 10 folds" in that link? < : )
And a P.P.P.S.- the info about late pregnancy and bleeding is a general bleeding thing. If you have planned surgery you are also supposed to avoid all those things.
