Just a note for those that might be concerned if I was absent for any length of time. I'll be gone for a couple of weeks. We have a family reunion in South Dakota and then we're going to Helena MT. A note as well to Annie that our MT plans were changed and I'll only be there for two very full days. I love South Dakota. Been there for vacation three times, and would absolutely love to go back again... ... especially to hike the Needles area in the Black Hills.
(I would say adios to punwit here, but he's already gone by now and won't see this -- that, and I wished him well via phone last night...)

Not gone yet, waiting on the ladies. We'll probably be another half an hour to hour before we actually hit the road. I'm not getting stressed. This is vacation so I'm not gonna push to make some timetable. We are only going to Sioux Falls today. We'll Head for Rapid City tomorrow.

Finally gained access to a computer!!! I'm in Helena Montana for a day and a half. We'll be heading to Yellowstone on Wednesday. I've had a wonderful vacation so far and am really looking forward to Yellowstone. I've had a few too many Imperial Stouts to fully update you all but I'll have pictures to share once I get back home. I wish I had time to visit Annie but our stay in Montana was curtailed from our original plan. I must be a serious addict since I've really missed you all.

I just got a postcard from my friend who works in Yellowstone all summers. Had a photo of snow they received on June 9th! (beautiful!) If you get this before you get to Yellowstone -- go to the General Store that is WEST of Old Faithful (there are two of them right together there -- it is the back one) and ask for Dean Foy. He is a very good friend of mine.

We made it back home. I'm working on uploading pics and putting together a travelogue/synopsis of our travels and hopefully I'll have that ready soon. We had a wonderful time, but as always, it's nice to return home.
A shout out to Elizabeth to extend my thanks for the care package. I haven't had an opportunity to listen just yet but I'm looking forward to it and I'll post wehn I do.
