It's all about Laura Nyro. She was fantastic. Her voice was cool and lovely. She was a good songwriter, even at an early age. Even as a teenager. Plus her music is a good inspiration for one of my characters.

Now I'm listening to the whole thing. The Laura Nyro version is superior in every way! Vocally, the arrangement of it is simpler, which makes the sound so much better. Lyra Nyro's rich soprano voice really stands out! Plus, the song feels like a nice cool spring day.
