Anyone been to Amazon lately, and seen how they're celebrating their tenth anniversary? If not, imagine a package that you ordered being delivered by a celebrity and a camera crew. Would this be a) really cool, or b) the most socially awkward situation imaginable? If you haven't seen it, have a look and tell me if I'm the only one who'd rather just have my package left at the door.

I am indeed ClaudiaTherese, just popping in to extend my sympathies to Telperion. Tom and Christy told me about what happened when we had lunch together today.

We also went to an OSC signing, and I got to meet Kristine Card -- who, astonishingly, remembered who I was when Tom & Christy mentioned I was there. (This really freaked me out, and I'm still grinning about her kindness.) So it's been a Hatrack kinda day all around, albeit with some notes less grim than others.

I'm still around and I pop in to read sometimes, but I've just been consumed by other things for awhile. I'm sure that will change as time goes on.
