Tonight, with my best friend, we had to go tack roller trip in the streets of Levallois and after eat crèpes (sort of pen cake) i manage very well. So after tidy up my home, i received him. We prepared our roller shoes and went out. We go on street - a great pleasure to go on empty street. After just 5 minutes, i heard him back to me felt down and said "aïe ! my thumb !". Two mounths ago, he break a part of is thumb bone. So I said him : "Go back together in my home and put it in ice." So he was annoyed, but said ok. And when i open the door... Three other good friends are here and wish me a happy birthday ! I was... No ! I am touched by that ! It was the first time to be surprised for my birthday. I will never forget that ! Never !

I love you all my friend ! And perticularly you, Roland. [Smile]

Oh! Tante reminded me... Where did my French birthday song go? It's around here somewhere....

(this is the one we wrote because we just couldn't get any good French words to fit the English tune and so we just made it obviously not fit)

Joyeux anniversaire!
Joyeux anniversaire!
J'espere que cette chanson va te plaire
Joyeux anniversaire!

Il pleut!

(est que le bon idiome?)

Is it raining, or is our horrid singing making Choobak cry?

I cry, but a happy cry !

If memory serves, in France, to insult someone who is singing poorly, one says "Il pleut."

However, it has been a long time, and memory may fail to serve.

M'aidez! (For some reason, that is what we say in English when we are in danger. But we spell it "May Day" Which makes no sense at all)

Anyway, enjoy your birthday with your wonderful friends. And we call them "roller skates" not "roller shoes"

It's hard to rollerskate in France. The pavé will kill ya.

OOOHHHH !!!! Mayday is M'aidez ? Very interesting !
Roller skates, of course. It was 2AM when i wrote this post, that why i forget the word. And in french we just say "Roller". And we can do roller easily in France : few roads are pavé.
I'm happy today when i'm waking up.

According to my French professer, "Mayday" is a short form of "Pourriez-vous m'aider," which American pilots were taught to say if their planes were shot down in French-speaking territory.

Joyeux Anniversaire, Choobak! Tu as le meme anniversaire de ma comarade de classe Sarah! Donc, il faut que je fasse deux fete graemlins [Party] [Party]

Brian, kiss sarah for me and wish her a happy birthday.
Raia, you're sweet. [Kiss] And if today is calm, i make a picnic on l'île de la cité in Paris Tuesday for my birthday. So yes, i will have more.
