Do we really need another expensive piece of electronics designed to replace human females in a geek's life? We already have video games, after all.

Wouldn't it technically be a gynoid?

From dictionary.com=

andro- or andr-
pref.
Male; masculine: androgen.

gyno- or gyn-
pref.
Woman: gynarchy

I think that I would be more creeped out by interacting with that android than I would be interacting with a more "roboty" looking android. I'm a firm believer in the uncanny valley.
