Down most of the day. Who did it?

I think it was Farmgirl. She was looking at the wires over there just before it broke

[Blushing] Who me?

*whistles innocently*

A little over 2 hours is "most of the day"??

Obviously the forum fell apart because of BC's retirement. Hatrack just couldn't go on without him.

Phew! I was surreptitiously checking it while at work, and found that I couldn't log on to the site. I figured that the Big Brother Computer Spies were on to me at last and were blocking me. Good to know that I'm merely paranoid, and not in Big Trouble with the Big Boss.

*laughs*

Tante, I used to think that all the time. I went so far as to ask the IT guys if they blocked me from viewing Hatrack.

Yeah. I asked the IT guys the same thing. But to throw them off the track, so they wouldn't suspect me, I asked them if they could block the guy at the next desk over from continiously checking the sports scores.

Fun with office politics and paranoia.

You’d be amazed at what they can see on your work server if they want it. Guess it mostly depends on what the management wants and how good of IT people you have.

Only 2? Seemed like closer to 3, but during the day at work especially during lunch makes it seem forever.

I bet ElJay broke it.

Interestingly enough, when I was at home Hatrack was down, but came up just minutes before I left to work. Then I got to work and our e-mail distribution system (for working the inbound email from customers) is down. But at least Hatrack is up so I have something to do.
