My dashboard widget says that right now (11pm Aussie time) it's 6am in LA and that the sun's up.

Is it true?

And if you're able to tell me what on earth are you doing awake?!??!

Sun has been up in LA for at least ten minutes (6:08 am).

It's 6:07 AM, but we're on Daylight Savings Time in California. According to the U.S. Naval Observatory, Los Angeles' sunrise will be at 6:20 AM.
