Sorry for the random vagueness, but I'm trying desperately to think of the artist who does all the paintings of outdoor scenery. Waterfalls, bridges, wild gardens...that sort of thing. I'm pretty sure the artist is a man. He's fairly well known (I mean, I've heard of him) and his artwork is usually seen on calendars and the like.

Does anyone know to whom I'm referring?

Thomas Kinkade?

I'm pretty sure he's a contemporary artist...

Thomas Kinkade is contemporary.

Oh, see, I thought of Kinkade, but then I remembered you had said "artist" and not "hack."

I hope you're tracking him down to kill him...

Sadly, Kinkade's art factory would continue to produce "original masterpieces" in lots of 1000 long after his corpse was a rotted glop of carbon compounds.

My ex-boss just loves Thomas Kinkaide. However his work makes me slightly nauseated.

Then again, she got so many things wrong, she was a never ending source of laughs.

"They are like two peas in a pot".
"That nice Rosie O'Donnell is a lesbian? But she's on TV!"
"My favorite thing to do with Spam is to fry it and top it with Velveeta -- ooey gooey good!"
"The grass is always greener in glass houses."
"They should put a warning on pecan pie that it contains nuts -- some people are allergic, you know."

Oh how I miss her.

There must be a way to stop this assault on the modern art scene. Maybe someone needs to sit him down and let him watch a loooong slideshow of his own work.

Reminds me of my mother-in-law. She's famous for such slips as "Angels in the Backfield".

Morning sickness? So late in the day? Oh you poor dear.

<holds KQ's hair, gives her little sips of ginger ale, and a cool washcloth>

Better now?
