My guess is it takes five...no wait, four, seconds for the military to start attaching laser beams, listening devices, and explosives to those things.

I can just see it now. Nuclear submarines start mowing down school of fish, cause they could be potential enemy combatants.

Wasn't there a Roald Dahl story or something where they did the same sort of thing as Lyrhawn mentioned with dolphins?
