Haha, I took this class on Japanese culture, and when they wanted to display Rodin's "The Kiss" in Japan, they had to drape the staues. What part of the bodies did they drape? The heads. Naked entwined bodies were old hat in Japan, but kissing was dirty, dirty, dirty. It's still considered a bit scandalous.

I wasn't sure either. Steve is a genius of deadpan, so it is sometimes a challenge to get his intention. But, not wishing to offend, I did edit my initial post to warn those who don't want to see Rodin sculptures of nekkid people.
