It looks like my boyfriend and I will be able to come down on Thursday to hear Gorbachev speak. I was hoping to arrive around 3:30 in order to avoid having to skip any more classes than I already am, but it looks like it's going to be crazy. Do you have any idea what time would be good to get there? We can stay as late as we want though, so I'm hoping we can go to dinner or something afterwards.

I can't wait for this! We need a bouncing up and down smiley, but this will have to do. [The Wave]

I obviously don't go to DePauw, but I think shani said she'd be in bloomington then, so that leaves Jhai.

No, he'll be on campus the week after. I'll be there when he speaks... you can pretty much arrive whenever you want, 3:30 sounds good to me. And I would love to go out to dinner or something later. [Smile]

Jhai? What about you?

Yeah, I'm going to be there. And dinner would be fun!

Greencastle is a small town - I have a very strong feeling all of the places to eat are going to be packed. I suggest we either drive out to Avon for dinner (better options, anyways), or we/I could cook something at my apartment.

Ok, I'm waiting for an email back from my prof, because I definately told him the wrong day I'd be missing. I'm pretty sure he'll be ok with it, though. Mike has a test that night, though. He's trying to talk his professor into letting him take it another night, but we're not sure how good the chances of that are.

I'm pretty sure my professor will be ok with it. He seems to approve of students doing things like this, but I don't want to make any real plans until I'm sure.
