I tried, honest. But I keep getting messages saying I have to install Java plug-ins. Fine. No problem. Except they won't install and I keep getting 'timed out' errors. Aaaargh. Oh well.

what you do is go to chat on your buddy list with your user name on your friends list highlited, then when the box comes up type hatrack chat where the ton of numbers are
or you can IM me and I'll invite you, if that's easier.

I'll try to wander in more often.

To invite yourself into an aim chat:

1) Select your screen name on your buddy list.
2) Hit chat. (or select it from the menu)
3) Go down to the room name window. It will have a bunch of random numbers. Enter the name of the chat. In this case it's Hatrack Chat (or hatrackchat, white space and capitalization don't matter).
4) Hit the chat button (or 'ok').
5) Chat away.
