Barnes and Nobles does online classes which are sometimes hosted by the authors. I participated in one back in March with OSC about SotG, and it was awesome.
Anyone here who's interested in global climate change might like this class. Crichton's novels are nothing if not thoroughly researched. I'll be in it, but I don't plan on discussing the book much. It should be educational.
