So, what are their Football Rules? And, why are they different than anyone else's rules? Perhaps they are playing soccer?

FG

I wonder how many people here were actually aware of that prior to your post.

Posted by Ben (Member # 6117) on :

it's not a song. or at least, that's not what i am referencing.

things are more moderner than before.

Posted by T_Smith (Member # 3734) on :

Haneous. Most non triumphant.

Something is afoot at hatrack.

Posted by Ben (Member # 6117) on :

Who was Joan of Arc?

Noah's Wife?

Posted by Ser Bronn Stone (Member # 8759) on :

I attended a Southern California suburban-ish high school in the 80's. This film (save the time travel bits) is a documentary.

Posted by T_Smith (Member # 3734) on :

So, what you are saying, is that Napoleon was short dead french dude?

Posted by Ben (Member # 6117) on :

i lived in Irvine as a kid.

it is a timewarp everytime i watch the movie as well.

Posted by Megan (Member # 5290) on :

<-- was not aware it was a song. I was definitely referencing the movie.

Posted by Avadaru (Member # 3026) on :

This thread is most triumphant.

I sooooooooo need a Keanu kick..... <drool>

Posted by Farmgirl (Member # 5567) on :

Well -- what I reference (in my "its a song") is that Google brought it up as Lyrics - Ataris (?) and had lyrics under the heading of San Dimas High School Football Rules!

Let me see if I can find the link again..

edit: Here

Yes that song was written with a title from what the rest of us are discussing, and we're not going to tell you what the reference is. (Reminds me of being a kid, "If you don't already know, I'm not going to tell you.") Maybe someone will take pity on you and email you or something.

How's it goin' royal ugly dudes.

Posted by Megan (Member # 5290) on :

Put them in the Iron Maiden!

Iron Maiden? Excellent!

"Discussing" is a pretty charitable term for what's going on in this thread.

PS: Give my love to the princesses!

To this day, whenever my husband and I order a large dessert, or whenever the dogs are eating noisily, he says, "Ziggy piggy, ziggy piggy..."

Kent,

Oh, yeah. I finally figured it out through IMDB.

No, I never saw it.

Posted by pooka (Member # 5003) on :

I love you, ben.

Posted by The Pixiest (Member # 1863) on :

I feel sorry for Bill. He was in 2 great movies in the late 80s, yet his career went absolutely nowhere, while Ted's career is unstoppable.

So a moment of silence. I will never forget you Bill/Marko.

Maybe you should bug Keanu or Kiefer to get you a part in their next job.

he can be a time travelling vampire in a 24 episode.

*shut up, Ted*

Bumping this thread, in honor of the proposed remake/sequel/direct-to-video whatever.

Linkage.

***COUGH!***

And news links which require me to register make... something, something...

Posted by docmagik (Member # 1131) on :

That made you register? It didn't make me register.

They must like links from IMDB better than links from Hatrack.

Posted by BandoCommando (Member # 7746) on :

Dear God. That brings back memories...

Posted by Kwea (Member # 2199) on :

None of them good....

Posted by Salsa (Member # 10530) on :

You had no permission to say that.

Posted by AvidReader (Member # 6007) on :

What more is there to say about Bill and Ted? They married the princesses, had babies, learned to play their instruments, aligned the cosmos, and brought peace and prosperity to the world. Those two deserve some time off.
