Anyone see this?

It's a new Queen Latifah movie. She plays a woman who finds she has a rare illness that's left her with three...maybe four weeks left to live.

She cashes in her IRA, sells her bonds, then goes on the glamorous European vacation of her dreams. She has ease with using her money and honesty with everyone she meets. This leads those at the exclusive resort to believe she must be rich, wise, and powerful.

Now, one can see the twists and misunderstandings coming a mile away...-but- Queen Latifah is just such a charming, entertaining actress that I found myself loving it.

Cute, fun film.

It is. It totally is.

The audience I saw it with actually applauded at key points.

Which is strange, but shows that it was engaging for them. [Wink]

Queen Latifah deserves better writers than she usually gets. But I don't help because I'll still watch her even in a bad movie.

The movie isn't bad. -But- this wouldn't definitely not be as good without Queen Latifah to make it work.
