We currently have men up on the roof replacing it (day 2 of 3). They are pounding very hard on the roof and it is making small white particles fall from my ceiling. Everything in my office is covered in a fine layer of white dust. At least I can't smell the black tar (or whatever it is) that they are brewing outside.

Although, I don't think that will help her. I hope you at least have some tissue around as you will no doubt have to blow your nose at some point.

Sounds like an elaborate ruse to avoid facing a severe dandruff problem.

Well, since I have had a cold for more than a week, I have been doing that already. The dust certainly isn't helping the cold.
