I got this in an email. Don't know for sure if it is true or not but it was a fun diversion. My best time is 25 seconds.

The object of the game is to move the red block around without getting
hit by the blue blocks or touching the black walls. If you can go longer
than 22 seconds you are phenomenal. The US Air Force uses this for
fighter pilots. They are expected to go for at least 2 minutes. Give it
a try!!

I've played this before. It's fun, until you get the hang of the pattern. I still can only last no more than 24 seconds on it though. Almost anyone can get at least 11 seconds and you don't even move the red box for about 7 of those seconds (you have to move red box there though).
