So, I start a new full-time job tomorrow, working for a health insurance company.
Dress is business casual.
Anyway.
I got this jacket/blazer thing that looks a lot like this. It's that color, but doesn't have the things on the shoulders.
What do I wear it with? What color shoes/belt?

I have no good advice. There's a reason I don't go out. O_o But... If it covers your waist, why would you wear a belt or care about one? Do you have brown shoes? If not, what about black? What color pants will you be wearing with it? What about the shirt underneath the jacket?

Depending on the office you could go more casual with cords or khakis but you could wear the same shirt and boots.

I think MandyM's recommendations sound smashing. If you're going to an interview, remember that you will already be nervous and kind of prone to sweating (perhaps), so choose the layers and fabrics accordingly.

If you need to wear a belt, a thin black one will be fine. (I presume this is for pants. Don't wear a belt over the jacket. )
I agree with Mandy M on shoes - brown boots would be a great choice. But if your favourite/most comfortable shoes are black, don't worry about it. They'll look fine.
I would stick to slightly dressy pants if it's business casual. Definately no jeans, and I'd go tailored, more suit-style pants.
Shirt wise - a turtle neck is a great idea. Otherwise you could just wear a nice tank top / shell top / singlet (not strappy) underneath. All you'll see is the top front bit anyhow.
(I work as a lawyer and in a suits-mandatory environment: but I can wear nice tank tops under my suit because with the jacket on you just can't tell. And I'm a lot more comfortable that way.)

Also, I have to wear a belt because it'll show. I have a long torso and shirts never cover all the way down to my hips (I wear low rise pants).

Pink, light blue, other pastells would look nice (probably not yellow with your complexion). I'm sure there are others I'm just not thinking of.

Ok. So wear your normal belt. As long as it's black/brown/beige it will be fine.
Shirt colour - for me, I'd go with a cream, beige or blue (but it would need to be a bright blue). The green in the picture you linked also works. Any red/orange/pink is not going to work.
The easiest test is to just lay the shirt next to (or under, like it would look if you were wearing it) the jacket and see if the colours work or not. You're a great photographer. You know colours.

The berry colored turtleneck Mandy linked to would be fine. Pastels would be, too. I think your belt should match your shoes, and that they should both be dark brown, but that's just a preference on my part, not really manditory anymore.
You'll probably find out, by the way, that you can dress a lot more casually then you think you can. But for the first day, of course, it's better safe than sorry.

Turns out I disagree with breyerchic. (Though that may be my personal taste coming through - I'm not a pastel-type girl).
Look at the shirts you have with your jacket. See what looks nice to you and what doesn't.

Yeah, yellow looks awful on me.
I'm with the belt/shoes matching. I'd wear black ones, but I'd have my inner voice chiding me all day.
And I, um, like pink. I'm not sure when that happened. o_O

Good luck to you. I too should wear business casual type clothes since I work for BCBS. There seems to be varying degress of respectable attire though. Like some people get seriously decked out while others slog in jeans and the like.

I think dark earth tones would work well with the jacket too. Chocolate brown, brick red, and burnt orange would look good with that olive green color. Also a nice navy would look great but I think the pants would be harder to match with that.

I have no fashion sense at all, either.
So when I started working here, I just made myself consciously pay attention to what everyone else was wearing, to get ideas.
Because normally I don't even notice what others wear. Just not the kind of thing I care much about.

With a jacket like that, you don't want a full flare. Also, I would wear a very plain, tailored white shirt - you don't want them to compete with the jacket.
Brown boots are fine (I have 3 pairs myself, in fact), as are brown shoes. You could go with a somewhat jazzy shoe if you wanted - they wouldn't take away from the jacket. Here are a couple that I like:
I would wear the plainest, smallest brown belt that I could find. I would definitely stick to brown for my shoes and accessories. I personally never mix brown and black and I do notice when other people do. If you don't like wearing belts, you can always have your pants tailored. It's not that expensive and chances are, you'll love the fit so much that you'll wear them more than enough to make it worth the price.
