I'm bumping this because I figured nobody read this thread because they had no idea who Adam Cadre was. If nobody said anything because they thought he wasn't funny, well, sorry for bringing it up again.

Well, you might be right. I don't know who Adam Cadre is,too, or why he is supposed to be funny, but I'll do some research. (I just had a quick look on an interview with him.) Would you recommend his book? It is probably pointless to ask you to compare his style to any other authors or books, but I ask you anyway, for I'm pretty sure that I won't get in any library around here. I just can not afford another risk-buy, for I'm still trying to complete my OSC- collection... which isn't easy, I have not met anyone who knows his books in the last 2 years. Quite frustrating. By the way, English is not my mothertongue, please be patient...

Question: Most of you people in this forum are form the U.S.? Who is not? I'm just curious...

There's quite a few from outside the U.S. Most of those actually seem to have a life or a job.

Omega, I raed it a bit last night, but too many carbs were making me tired. I found quite a bit of that entertaining an actually quite truthfull in ways.

Thanks for your reply, but what do you mean by the latter? Is there anybody who doesn't?

I was just giving a plug for his Calendar page. I haven't read his book and wasn't encouraging people to buy it. Photopia and I-0 are pretty good; that's how I first heard of him.

Nah, Pinky. It just seems that some are not here as often anymore for some of them.

let's see, I'll just name a few from out of the US.
Kama, amira tharina, Scythrop, quidscribs, imogen, St. Yogi, Anna, Beanny , Raia, Astaril, Jaiden, Choobak, Jonathan Howard, Eduardo_Sauron, an' that's just naming a few.

here, we made it easy.

My ears are burning... Someone talking about me?

Um, I have no life, nor do I have a job, and I'm not in the US. Oh, but Fahim's outside of the US as well - he's sitting a foot away from me - but luckily, he does have a job. [Smile]

I guess that means we cancel each other out? [Dont Know]
