ALthough Card mentioned in his previous message that he was to write a book about the encounter between Ender and Randi's child, he never mentioned the possibility of Ender finding Bean in space.That was the other point left out at the end of Shadow of the Giant.

I think he's decided that isn't going to happen. I'm not sure in what thread, but as I recall he has no intentions of pulling a sci-fi miracle cure out of a hat. Bean is going to die soon. and that's that.

You might try the other side of the river for questions like this. On this side the insanity is much less contained [Wink]
