I only read Questionable Content. I tried reading some others, but I got bored of them real quick for some reason. I don't know why.

I regularly check Girly, Mega Tokyo, Something Positive, PVP, The Order Of The Stick, and Dilbert (a commercial comic, I know, but I read it on the web)
And El Goonish Shive but it's gotten way too weird for the past few months.

Sluggy Freelance was my bread and butter back in High School. I have found it to be a bit difficult to follow lately, but maybe thats just my ignorance, I should try and catch up with it again.

Hooray for Order of the Stick! But I really hope Haley starts talking again.

I read Questionable Content, Order of the Stick, Something Positive, and Imaginary Friends pretty faithfully. Something Positive's erratic update schedule and its falling away from The Funny make me check it less regularly than I used to, and I'll probably realize that I've stopped remembering to check it at some point.
There are quite a few others that I check every now and then, and many that I used to read but have drifted away from.
What is that one that Enigmatic links to every now and then? The one panel animal related strips...hm...Animals Have Problems Too, I think. That's one I always forget about, but enjoy when I remember that it's there.

I used to read "The Class Menagerie", before its creator decided he'd rather draw furry porn than a general readers anthro comic.

Overall, Goats is my favorite comic. It has kind of a strange sense of humor at times, so it isn't for everyone. Also, it really needs to be read from the beginning. That said, in my opinion it is one of the best comics being made, and everyone should at least give it a try.

I read a lot of webcomics, and several of my favorites have already been mentioned. Here's a few others I don't think anyone's linked yet.
8-Bit Theater (Oldschool Final Fantasy mixed with general gaming humor) Diesel Sweeties (Romance & Robots) Dominic Deegan (Story-heavy; Start at the beginning.) Help Desk (Techie, software-industry, and customer service humor that's actually funny. Unlike, say, User Friendly) Scary Go Round (British misadventures with an odd bit of casual fantasy-creatures mixed in) The Creatures in my Head (Not really a comic, but a cool collection of daily art with cute monsters) Overcompensating (Delusional-autobiographical comic. Probably more adult language and themes than some may like. Not for kids.) Sam and Fuzzy (Early strips are mostly random, recently becoming more story-involved. Zany antics of an amoral bear and an ordinary guy.) And a link for the one Noemon mentioned: Animals Have Problems Too (Kind of hit-or-miss, but occasionally quite hilarious)
Yeah, even adding in all the ones that were previously linked that's not all the webcomics I read, but it's a good place to start.

Oh, I also second Diesel Sweeties, if only because they sponsor SuicideGirls.com. (Edit: or it may be the other way around, but regardless, good stuff.)

Caution, WoW references in this post!
I've been a fan of Flintlocke's Guide to Azeroth since it was a periodic article, in the days before it became a true comic. I'm not at all certain how situational the humor is in terms since I've played far too much WoW, but I find it worth laughs. "It's offensive to me in new and frightening ways."
Sluggy Freelance and Order of the Stick are the only other two I keep up with as consistently. OotS reminds me too much of my past though...
