It's not THAT hard to put a key back on a laptop. Oon mine you line it up, and tilt it towrdsyou till it clicks, and then push down and forward. and the little thingy that is under the key still works when you press on it, too.

Ni!

Eh, just rephrase.

Quantify the amount of tree branches and stumps and the like that a groundhog could chuck if a groundhog could chuck tree branches and stumps and the like.

See, easy! No one will even notice.

Buy a new keyboard. The $7 keyboard I bought my husband at Fry's as been working well for him for 3 years now.

My wife's laptop did that with the 'E' key, and after repair attempts failed we just hooked up a compact USB keyboard (like this).

Pix, its a laptop keyboard, so I guess I'll just have to buy a compact keyboard, or take Lyrhan's advice and substitute spanish for all the palabras that have a doble-u. Cuando I buy a nuevo keyboard, my laptop va to not be very useful. Por que? Por Que?

I like the copy-paste solution. For your copying pleasure:

This, on the other hand, is purely for gloating purposes.

That turned out to be quite the fun tale. That author definetly can be cogent, and quite endearing.
