Last year I made a resolution not to make any New Year's Resolutions. In the process of making the resolution I broke it. It was my only resolution and I failed. 100% failure. 2006 was not a good year for me for resolutions.

So this year I plan to make more achievable resolutions so 2007 will turn out a bit better than 2006.

So here goes:

RESOLUTION #1: Keep at least 51% of this year resolutions.
Perhaps I should stop here and not make any more resolutions.

RESOLUTION #2: Don't gain more than 104 pounds this year.
(Let's see, that means I have to keep my average weekly weight gain at 2 pounds or less...Yah, I think I can do that. Now hand over the left over summer sausage and crackers from last night!)

RESOLUTION #3: Don't smoke at all for a whole year.
This shouldn't be too bad since I have never smoked.

RESOLUTION #4: Don't watch more than 5,840 hours of TV in 2007.
So I have to limit TV watching to less than 16 hours a day.

RESOLUTION #5: Get at least 8 hours of sleep on average.
Hey, if I do this then I automatically keep Resolution #4!
I am feeling pretty good about this!
Note that TV watching and sleeping for me are assumed to be mutually exclusive.

All in all, I think 2007 will turn out pretty well for me!

What are your resolutions?

Are you putting off fixing your grammar until next now years, or your spelling of grammar? If it's the latter, I have nothing to complain about, but if it's the former, I'll point our that you spelled grammar wrong. [Wink]

I don't really do new year's resolutions.

(I know you get a lot of flack for your spelling around here, and I want you to know that I (and probably others) appreciate the effort on your part. [Hat] )

Unless Reticulum is going to blow up his not-so-good everyday china. Then nobody would get MAD, just sell him some paper plates.
