Does anyone here know where I can purchase, or, if it was not released for sale, where I can read it? I've been looking around a while.

Im sorry if this is a repost, or something, but i've been looking for a while.

Thank you!

It is in the anthology First Meetings

First Meetings

It is an amazing collection of 4 stories (Ender's Game, and 3 prequels...one of which is The Polish Boy).

Not exactly. First Meetings has two stories about Ender's parents, one story between Ender's Game and Speaker for the Dead (in which Ender meets Jane), and the original novella of Ender's Game.

There are also additional Enderverse stories available in OSC's Intergalactic Medicine Show, including one about Mazar Rackham, one about Bonzo, and one about Hot Soup.

As far as I'm aware, those are the only 6 Enderverse stories outside of the 8 Enderverse books to date. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

As lisa said, they don't actually lead up to Ender's game...two of the stories (The Polish Boy and Teacher's Pest) are set far before Ender's Game...they are actually about Ender's Father.

And The Investment Counselor actually shows how he met Jane (set before Speaker for the Dead).

So I guess Prequel might not exactly be the right word, but they give you insight into the Ender world, showing how certain events were set up which is why I kind of see them as prequels.

But even ignoring the Ender series, the stories are VERY good on their own merit, even if you don't care about the rest of the series...if you are an Ender fan, you will really love them.
