I've tried to exercise restraint, I really have. But this picture that his grandma took this weekend is just too cute to resist posting.

He's adorable!

Very Charlie Chaplin in a mannered pose. He just needs a pair of spoons. [Smile]

He is really cute!

He looks like all he needs is a tophat, cane and some spats and you can have him singing "Hello, My Baby". [Razz]

He always looks so intelligent, as if he were about to give an important lecture. [It's the eyes and the solemn, "I'm about to speak, so pay attention" look. Somehow that works with the "Charlie Chaplin," "spats and bow tie" vibe quite nicely.]

He is quite astonishingly a person. Very grown up for (I think) not quite 4 months.

Cute, intelligent, well dressed. I wonder who's side of the family he learned those skills from?

We can guess where the "ham" came from.

Okay - everyone who knows them - vote!
Does JP look more like Bob? or more like Dana?

I haven't decided yet, myself. I'm leaning toward Dana, I think though, because Bob just has so much hair that I'm not sure what he looks like without it...

*snort*

Wow - I can't believe how big he is! I mean, yeah, I know how old he is but seeing visual evidence of his age is startling - seems to be me he should still be a newborn!

It's cliche, I know, but here's the obligatory: "They grow up so fast!"

(D'oh! And that post wasn't supposed to be just bragging-- your kid is adorable, too! [Blushing] )

AAARGH! I don't have any baby photos on computer!

He looks SO much like my son at 4 months, in the face. My son had a little less hair and it was srtaight.

Is he part Native American at all? Sequoyah is 1/4 Native (my side). The other children he has looked similar to are either part Native or part Chinese.

I'll have to see if I can put some baby pics of him up somewhere...

Oh my stars, I can't get over how cute John is. And he has a fantastic wardrobe.

Somebody in the family's got to have style. [Big Grin]

No Native American heritage -- he's 1/2 Italian, 1/4 German, and 1/4 British/Welsh.
