Even though it's near 35 degrees it's still cold outside.
Plus it's sunday.
I do not want to walk to the store because it takes a half an hour to 45 minutes to get there then I will have to walk back just to get green onions to make Miso soup which I will eat for breakfast tomorrow.
Couldn't I just use these green things on top of this onion instead?
*lazy*

Yes, you can use the green sprouts from the onion. But clean them very well, and trim off any brown or discolored spots.

I want some chicken soup. With barley in it.

Fortunately, I have a pot of it right here. [Taunt]

It actually turned out good! I should let more of my onions grow like that to have no end of green onions for miso soup. I'd be set if I could learn how to make tofu.
