This is my favorite post:

quote:
Here's how to tell the difference between us [Pat and I]:

Move your hand over one of Pat's posts. You should feel a very distinct movement of air TOWARD the computer screen.

This is because Pat sucks.

Move your hand over one of my posts. Closer. In fact, extend a finger, and jam it as hard as you can into your monitor. Do it again. Feel that? Know what it is? It's the harbinger of the pain I'm going to cause you because I am evil.

You know, it's been awhile since I actively hung out here at the rack.

I had some good times in the day, made a ton a friends, hell, I even hosted a barbeque for 'rackers at a park around the corner from where I used to live.

I've disputed gay marriage, abortion, mormonism, gay marriage, memes, whether or not I'm a bigot, the evils of pornography, the size of Ralphie's rack, whether an orc or a stormtrooper would make a better bodyguard, two-word threads, if Cedrios was a complete jerk, if liking Josh Groban made me gay, and gay marriage.

I used to possess many many alter-egos and sometimes kept as many as 10 going at one time.

I've had glamour shots of myself and OSC taken in a photo studio. I've had my house teepeed by Hatrackers, I've played mafia in person with several of you.

But for the life of me, I can't even remember who Scott R is.

Scott R, you must be either idolizing me, or stalking me and I'm starting to lean towards the latter.

Welcome to Hatrack , Pat!

Why don't you start an intro thread...it's customary for nOObs to do so. [Wink]

Wow. Massive flashback. I haven't posted here in about 14 years either, Pat.

!4 years? You must be really old... [Wink]

In all sincerity, Pat, I rather liked you.

In the case of this thread, however, I just wanted to make a dobie.

What ended up winning? Stormtrooper or orcs?

I mean, the stormtroopers had a lot of training on Carida, and you must remember how they not only mowed down the Rebels on the Tantive IV, but also mowed them down again at Hoth, and on Derra IV. They clearly don't lack for effectiveness, they just have a propensity for getting limbs and such chopped off by Jedi, and for being shot by princesses and smugglers.

Orcs on the other hand are stupid, untrained and ill equipped. If Aragorn, who doesn't even have the force, can mow them down by the handful, I don't even want to know what Han Solo could have done to them.

I'd say Stormtroopers.

p.s. han solo was not force sensitive. he was just brash.

Dude, is there a cool-club for semi-retired Hatrackers, and y'all have like a mailing list or something to coordinate this stuff? Sheesh! I'm tempted to semi-retire myself, just to see if I make it in, but I fear the results so I'll stay the course [Wink]

i would never conspire anything with such rapscallions.

i only associate hoodlums.

Hmmm... Question.

Does a newbie, by definition, have no idea who Pat is?

Or is that just a plus?

Don't take the lame joke seriously, Pat. I'm a newbie.

I don't like Josh Groban, but I love Barbara Streisand, Ellen DeGenerous, and Kathy Griffen, and I'm not gay... I'm just in denial.

Oh, those stormtroopers. I was thinking these fellas. I prefer bodyguards with guns, stormtroopers either way.

Posted by Lyrhawn (Member # 7039) on :

Pfft, I know Han Solo isn't force sensitive, I just worded it wrong.

Posted by Rakeesh (Member # 2001) on :

Still, Lyrhawn, you got schooled on Star Wars! Burn! [Wink]

------------

Seeing as how I distinctly remember a rapscalliony demeanor about you, porce, I find your claims of innocence dubious at best!

HA!!!

It worked.

Of course I liked you Scott, I'm just playing the role of a flamer in an epic flame war.

You suck. [Evil]

Porce, EG, Pat... and me. All back on the 'rack after time away, though I wasn't nearly as effectively gone as any of you. [Big Grin]

It warms my heart to see ya, though.

Any particular reason as to why you list "gay marriage" TWICE?

Posted by Scott R (Member # 567) on :

Three times.

Probably because it was a topic that came up very often.

I don't understand why I didn't even see the first mention of it.

Guess I need some more quality time with my shrink then.

To answer your question Nathan, yes. (Though the fact that I do know these people is making me feel like I have perhaps spent far too many of my formative years here.)

Holla back, peeps.

Rakeesh: how dare you dub me OR my claims dubious.

I am most discriminate in choosing my circle of ne'er-do-wells.
