Different types of food are complements. Peanut butter and jelly are delicious together, for instance. But, obviously, some individually good things together are disgusting. Goal of the game: find three things, A, B, and C such that A+B is good, B+C is good, and A+C is good, while A+B+C is foul.

Example (not my own): red wine + chicken = a traditional marinated roast; red wine + coke = Kalimotxo, a common-ish drink in Spain and Latin American countries. Coke + chicken = an uncommon, but decent marinated dish. Coke + red wine + chicken = I wouldn't go near it.

Can you guys think of others? You can also use people & things, but in that case, try to make it funny.

This is hard. I can't think of anything food-related, but...

patient naked with doctor = no biggie
patient naked with spouse = no biggie
patient naked with doctor and spouse = very embarrassed

picking your friends
picking your nose
picking your friend's nose

But the patient might not be to happy with his doctor and his spouse.
