Social Chic, you still around?

You sent me a mix for Blueberry Muffins for the Christmas Gift Exchange.

Yesterday we finally got around to making them.

Yum!!!

My wife, the Blueberry Muffin expert, can't put them down. She says, "They are the best Blueberry Muffins I've ever had." They aren't dry or too sweet, or too doughy.

And the best part, Sasha got to mix it all together using some cooking tools he got for Christmas. He had a ball.

He even used his "Scooby Doo" muffin pan to make a Blueberry Muffin Scooby Snack.
