I just got an email that makes me want to jump up and down on my desk like a maniac. Alas, that would give away the fact that I MAY GET TO QUIT SOON! I applied to a resident teacher program, and they say I qualify. My wife teaches so I know it is anything but easy, and a challenge is what I am looking for. Wish me luck everyone!

Just got the email that I have been accepted! Pending the passing of the Praxis II, but I have been doing great on the practice tests so far.

I can't even begin to say how excited I am.

What subject is your Praxis? The Praxis kicked my butt around the block (but I passed!!!), but you've got a leg up because you're doing the practice tests. (I did the music tests.)

Congratulations Stephan. Teaching is the hardest thing I do, but I have no plans to leave it. It's a great thing, and I'm happy for you and your adventure. [Smile]

Narnia, you did music Praxis? Nice! My wife just got word a month ago that she passed hers, I passed mine two years ago. I thought it was fun, personally, but yes, it was a challenge.
