Big girl, huh? Can I weigh in on the name? I don't like Haley, never have. Sounds too valley-girlish to me. (Although I'm sure if you decide on it she will make it a wonderful name.) But I love Emily, although it's mega-popular right now (but then, Haley is not too uncommon, either.)
