Will it create a Rick Roll society, with Rick Roll tanks, and Rick Roll imperialism?

I've heard spring/late winter of next year.

Someone up top in EA said that it would not be released in their financial year of 2007--a year which ends around next February or March.

The game appears to be in development hell. Depending on whether or not the fans continue to support its eventual release, it may or may not be cancelled. This is just my speculation, of course.

According to this , late 2008/early 2009 has apparently been the (tentative) plan all along. People just blew it a bit out of proportion.
