It helps to be clear if one has whistled, since we are trying to protect Papa Janitor from getting a slew of messages. I think Little Doctor was asking if he won the race to whistle by asking "winner?", but there are likely many people who may not have been aware of the running joke, or who wouldn't be sure.

Regardless, congratulations to Little Doctor, if s/he was!
