So there's this code that I would like to solve, but I'm no good at all at solving stuff like that and it frustrates me to no end. This is the code. (It's from Kingdom of Loathing.) What I'm leaning toward right now is that the glyphs each stand for a number 0-5 and that those numbers represent letters of the alphabet in base-5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What's this suppose to decode to? A word?
I don't think it is base five, since there are six symbols.
Edit: Looking at it some more, I'm not convinced that your idea makes sense. Some of these numbers will be big so you'll have to cut them down some how.

Yeah, I just realized I said base 5 when I meant to say base 6. It should decode into multiple words. I've found what number is assigned to each glyph: 146 33261 2245 354452 552265 63465425 122112654 221 13426 224312254 2546 45461 5552463543 1343555
Now just to figure out what number stands for what letter.
edit: I've found out more. I believe that this is how the numbers are divided up to form letters with one word per line: 1 46 33 26 1 22 45 35 44 52 55 22 65 63 46 54 25 1 22 1 1 26 54 22 1 1 34 26 22 43 1 22 54 25 46 45 46 1 55 52 46 35 43 1 34 35 55

Err... point of interest - it'd have to be base 7, not 6, if the number 6 actually shows up. I mean, we don't have a single digit number for ten in our base 10 system, right?

Base ten is 0-9, you are correct Mr.Funny.
Beyond that I have no idea what you all are talking about.

So instead of 1-6 it would be 0-5, right?

If that's base 7, the numbers are too high. Unless the combination maps to another character, and the number itself means nothing.
