Today I'm 31 years old.

Thus far, I was treated to dinner at a Chinese restaurant and can look forward to pineapple upside-down cake at home.

Now to relax with a good movie...and to ponder ways to make my next year better.

Homemade pineapple upside-down cake is delicious beyond belief. Especially if just the right amount of brown sugar, butter, and pineapple has seeped into the cake. [Smile]

Joy of Cooking. (If I'm really short on time, Joy's pineapple topping with Duncan Hines pineapple cake batter. Not bad, but straight Joy's is better.)
