The sun is dying, and they sent out some astronauts with some kind of giant bomb to restart it, but the mission failed...so they send out another crew...it's about what happens to the second crew after they get so close to the sun that they lose contact with earth.

A lot of people have commented about how it seems to take elements from a lot of major science fiction movies. When I first saw the trailer, I thought it looked like Alien. But it's not like Alien. Nor is it like what's-it-called. It's...like I said, I really think I need to see it again.

When does it come out in a wider release? I went to San Francisco while I was on vacation and saw it there.

It looked more like horror/suspense than sci-fi, at least from the trailer.

I saw the trailer awhile back, and it has intrigued me, so I might see it when it opens here.

I noticed the "plot keywords" on IMDB for the film include the words "murder" and "suicide" and those weren't things I expected from the topic/subject. I hope it isn't TOO violent..
