Well after getting tired of idiots posting from the Washington Times, Epoch Times, and other heavily biased and journalistical ethically bankrupt conservative and other reactionary newspapers, "I" shall now post and quote from my own left wing biased news source.

Taa Daah!

And?

Maybe those people who have different opinions than you aren't all necessarily idiots. It's probably in your best interest to not state these opinions as facts, seeing as how they're bound to offend somebody... You are calling a certain amount of members here idiots.

Are you being ironic?

Posted by Blayne Bradley (Member # 8565) on :

I am not referring to any Hatracker/Sakeite, or Orneror, I am as you suggest being ironic.

Posted by Nick (Member # 4311) on :

You must have edited your post because the word "members" has been removed, so one could naturally assume you're talking about Hatrack. I still don't get what you're trying to say, however.

Funny how my post does not at all say "edited by Blayne Bradley"

I must have 0b3r g08 h4x.

See this is a post that has been edited:

Prrof (upside down carrort of DOOM)

Wait, what the...!? Where's the edit thing? Why isn't appearing?! PAPA!

*sent a message to Papa Moose to sort this out*

Edit tags only appear if one edits 10 or more minutes after posting.

And how exactly is increasing the amount of bias and misinformation a good thing?

I thought the Chinese state press was already available to you.

Posted by Blayne Bradley (Member # 8565) on :

Not nearly biased enough, its like CNN or Fox News.

Well there's this forum NOT Hatrack, NOT Ornery, NOT Sakeriver where there's a lot of xenophobic idiots who consistently quote inconsistently, I had always quoted from learned sources such as Paul Kennedy or Hatrack but obviously it is not enough to convince those utterly convinced to the contrary so now I'm just going to cleverly quote from Pravda and Uncyclopedia to make a statement.

Posted by rivka (Member # 4859) on :

That statement would be what, exactly? "I can be as idiotic as you?"

You're right.

I'm sorry.

Some people honestly don't watch enough Colbert.

Posted by BYSOAL (Member # 3846) on :

And I counter with "too many people try to be Colbert, and fail to do so spectacularly."

Oh, and I'll not be sorry in advance.

Posted by Blayne Bradley (Member # 8565) on :

and thats your right to determine why?

rivka, I wasn't talking to you, dear. [Smile]

Does anyone want to be an artist for my quite-possibly-mind-numbingly successful webcomic?

This is as good a place as any to ask...

Posted by imogen (Member # 5485) on :

Can I draw it in a neo-socialist-communist style?

Posted by Scott R (Member # 567) on :

I don't know--

Can you?

[Smile]

Posted by imogen (Member # 5485) on :

No, no I can't.

*Hangs head in shame*

(I can't draw. Sorry. That's sorry in a neo-socialist-communist style though.)

It looks like a really great story though, Scott - I'm intrigued!

Having googled up various events concerning Russia, I've probably read more Pravda articles than most nonRussians.
And couldn't link to any of them. When an article on disappearing lakes includes "stolen by space aliens", or an article on Arctic exploration contains "hidden entrance to caverns leading into the HollowEarth where nazis flying ufos took refuge toward the end of WWII", there's more than a slight bit of credibility loss.
And no, I am neither kidding nor exaggerating about what I've found in Pravda.

I'm glad. It's been lots of fun to develop.

Do you know anyone that'd be willing to draw it for a share of the website's advertising revenue?

Finally! A news source willing to speak the truth!
