I'm beginning to wish we hadn't gotten any presents at our wedding... writing the thank-you letters turns out to be a bit of a job. Two down, nineteen to go, and that's just my side. Sigh...

See, that's the nice thing about receiving nothing but contempt on my birthday, Christmas, and holidays, I don't have to waste any time with 'thank yous'. (I really have no idea how to pluralize that, it looks like it could use an apostrophe but this is not the place to go throwing those around.)

Maybe if you estimate the value of the gift, then consider how much time it takes you to write each thank you, you'll feel better when you realize how much per hour salary that would be. [Smile]

My aunt wrote my cousin's wedding thank you notes.

I would like to thank you for writing your own.

Yeah, we had over 100 at our wedding to write. It took several months, which I felt bad about.
