I found it amusing that the headline on this story reads:

when actually, Shigella causes dysentery - bloody diarrhea, and nausea is a rather minor symptom. I guess diarrhea is too graphic a word for MSNBC?

Yeah. I don't really understand that when in the first sentence under that they do mention the diarrhea and vomiting. [Dont Know]

But it's not even the banner headline, it's the smaller line below it. Whatever. The important thing is, it does mention contaminated carrots.
