I think it has more to do with the fact that us twenty-somethings are more willing to divulge our age than those more...experienced. [Smile]

I'm 46. And most of the younger generation here is more well-read, well spoken and well written than I am.

And by Eru, proud of it, thank you. I don't mind at all being on the downside of 35, because I know I have a lot of time before me and certainly wouldn't trade any of the stuff behind me.

Well, I probably could have done without the cancer thing, but heck, I beat it and it spurred me on to become more active and live a healthier lifestyle and I think I can honestly say I feel better now than I ever did in my 20's. [Smile]

It boggles the mind, really.

No limit, just a minimum. You have to be at least 35.

I don't know if Bridey counts, she has a sn but is not Real yet 'cause she hasn't asked to post for herself. But Ems is. And I know a few other Hatrack kids are. [Smile]

Well, "mostly twenty somethings" of those who will respond to a thread of this title. *grin

It just doesn't interest many of the older folk, I expect, so this is likely quite a skewed sample. I think that was mentioned above.

I'm 23 and apparently look 29, according to a couple people at work the other day. Though when I shave my beard off, everyone tells me I look 18. Apparently facial hair adds 11 years.

Jeesh is still 13 and I'm pretty sure she found hatrack on her own. So she'd come much closer to youngest poster than anyone 16 or 17.

It's okay, I've been on here three years...

...and I'm also 18, although I feel more like 25 at the moment. Can I use both numbers and preserve the average too?

I turned 20 a few months ago too Chord.

It's funny, people make a big deal out of turning 10, just because of the "double digits" thing, but no one cares about 20. It's just the end of being a teenager. Are we supposed to be adults now?
