I just found a top 10 list from August 7, 1989 in a folder. This is a personal top 10, not a Late Night top 10.

10. Grilled [girl dating my ex-boyfriend]
9. Peanut butter cookies
8. Chocolate Milk
7. Burnt Almond Haagen Dazs
6. Cheesecake
5. 2 way splits [I don't recall what this means. Bowling?]
4. Damage Claim polaroids*
3. 5:00 p.m.
2. The outer loop at night
And the number 1 on my personal top 10 for August 7 1898 is:
Anna Karenina.

*I worked in the corporate office for a major gas station company (not Exxon) and we processed claims for damage to stations. Trucks left on lifts over night, m-80's flushed down toilets, and the ever popular "drive off".
