According to the whistles, the winner is Launchywiggin by just over a minute. But he claims he whistled the other thread, and I haven't received any whistles on that one. It's very confusing for me.
I suppose I could declare him winner of race #118 and Little_Doctor the winner. Nah, no fun in that. Maybe I could simply disqualify Launchywiggin because he doesn't know what he's doing? Nah, that seems harsh, too.
I'm just going to wait for a real whistle on the other thread.
