Oh, good grief. Shame on these people who called the authorities. Hard to believe the police would even respond to this call. Even harder to believe it actually went to court. Don't these people have anything to do? What a busybody, this stupid neighbor. Look, man, when my toilet overflows, I stand there yelling at it. I mean, what else? That's the appropriate response. That's step #1 in solving any toilet-related crisis. Everyone knows this.
