Well, from what I understand of the matter (granted, this is from the AICN talkback, which is notoriously unreliable but sometimes contains good sense, if very NSFW language), it shouldn't take terribly long to resolve, as the case involves a maximum buyout something-or-other.

At least, I'm hoping it doesn't take long to resolve. Not like that "Hobbit" trouble New Line's got itself into...
