Wasn't the "Worst Horror Show" Razzie created this year? If so then I think "I Know Who Killed Me" should get bonus points for inspiring a new award.

Looking at the guidelines, the Razzies state they are more than willing to stretch and fudge for films they feel deserve it. So nope, they're not using the "split vote" convention.

(They must have really despised this turkey!)
